One of my latest finds and tasty favorites are carrots sticks dipped in Light poppyseed dressing. The dressing is only 30 calories for 1 Tbsp and I find it much tastier than the normal ranch. Mmm, mmm good.

It was an Insanity - Cardio Recovery day...thank goodness but I also take a walk on my lunch break at work (snowy one today). This is my week 4 of Insanity, so I am looking forward to my recovery week!

3lb uncooked turkey breast 1 can whole cranberry sauce 1 package onion soup mix (2 packages come in a box, but you only need the one) 1/2 cup chicken or turkey broth Throw all that in a crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. BAM! Beautiful meal that is so simple you could cry.

The night of, make sure to drink lots and LOTS of water and eat a slice of bread before going to bed. Then, if I am a little nauseous in the morning, I take rolaids. Not sure why, but they do the trick nicely!

My husband and I love hiking with our 2 pups and I want to be able to just pick a hike that sounds amazing, rather than worrying whether or not I will die on the way up.
