My trainer had me doing squats while gripping weighted sand bags in my fingers and holy i can't believe how weak my fingers and hands are..so maybe that would work! LOL!

Well I tried but I had to call it quits at 175... My shins were getting pretty sore and I don't want to hurt myself!!! This is something that I want to try again though!!! I wonder what my next mini challenge should be!!

I go see my trainer tomorrow and she loves squats, I usually do 90 so I will commit to 250 tomorrow!! EEK I'm gonna be sore..but bring on the perky butt!!!!!

I also tried WW and this is soo much better!!! WW allows you to "cheat" with your extra weekly points.. MFP makes you take accountability when you splurge!! I made my diary public also to keep me accountable!!! Good luck you can do it!!!
