When you go to the store, shop the outside walls: produce, meat, and dairy. Try to stay away from the actual isles as MUCH as possible. look for recipies of foods you will eat. Those are the three tips I have hope it helps.

What I noticed is some high in sodium foods. Ramen noodles will kill you on sodium. Sodium can make you retain water. You really need to drink ALOT of water to flush out the sodium. I LOVE LOVE LOVE dark breads, dark rye, whole wheat, and pumpernickle. I just wish I could get my son to eat it. So I get white wheat for him. It is not the same, but better than straigh bleach crappy white bread. Im am struggling with staying away from the cakes and donuts :embarassed:

There is a difference between good carbs and bad carbs. Like white flour anything, pie, cake, donuts, pizza dough and such. Good carbs are fine.
