I dont own hand weights, due to being broke, so I used 14.5 oz canned green beans! Those are in my kitchen and alreayd paid for :happy:

Unless it says 100% whole wheat on the front and the first ingredient is whole wheat you dont want to eat it. If those two are not listed it is processed and loses its nutritional value.

I started teh 30DS yesterday and was sore this morning. I did day 2 this morning and my abs are killing me, so I am most def taking the day off tomorrow lol. It is really all up to you, how you feel and how your body feels. You could give it a try, but if it is too much then stop and take a day off.

I love this post. There are too many food myths out there that people are missing out on the foods they really need. Eggs are fine and I have been saying that until I was blue in the face. I have slightly high cholesterol and I will never give up my eggs!

I am 5'7'' and I would not want to weight less than 150, that is where I am trying to get to right now. it is most likely all muscle mass as well doing work outs like that.

Right now I am on a 21 day "Daniel" fast. No meat, No sugar, and No bread. I look in my fridge and sigh. I can only handle so many fruits, veggies, and eggs. I am a seriously pickey eater, so yeah it sucks lol

I got it in the mail yesterday and I am starting it here in a bit when my dad leaves for work. I have issues about working out when my dad is home. I can only do it when only my son an I are home.

I am doing a 21 day fast. You are allowed to drink water while you fast. I am doing the Daniel Fast. For personal reasons as well. You need to decide if it is for 24 hours, or from sun up to sun down, it helps to have a SET time frame set up before you do i.
