everyone looks amazing and it was the motivation that I needed today. The weather here is dreary and I didn't want to get out of bed early for my jog but now when I get home, the missed workout of this morning is going to happen!

i do great at work it's when I get home and the husband and teenager are eating whatever they want. It makes it hard! My biggest weakness it cheese and carbs. Panera mac and cheese will be the death of me.
