Whats up , I'm charles a firefighter from south Alabama. I started this calorie intake diet thing because i'm ready to loose weight for myself and about to be wife. I want to feel and look my best for our wedding and i don't want to have a heart attack when i'm 35 years old. I'm only 28 and feel 50 .... Thanks
