6 days a week. 5 lifting days,1 cardio & 1 rest day. Switching it to 5 lifting days and 2 cardio days I think. Having a hard time not feeling guilty on my rest day! Maybe a tiny bit of cardio will help.

last weekend I ate the whole dish of Boston Pizzas Spinach & Artichoke dip with their pizza bread. Which equals to my daily calorie intake, darn. Anything loaded with cream cheese gets me every time! :/
