Calorie Intake for Height/Weight/Exercise
Hi Everyone, I workout 6 times a week weight training and just added 3 days of cardio (HIIT). I was taking in 1200 calories and lost the first two weeks then came to a standstill. I just upped my calories to 1500 with the advice from a friend and will then put it to 1600. I am 5"2 and 128 lbs. BMR from Marcofit.com is1302…
