After dinner is my bad time too. I've found drinking something cold really helps get me past the danger time. I love the Wyler's Strawberry-Kiwi sugar free drink. I make a pitcher of it and keep it in the frig. I get a big glass with ice and sip on that. It has helped me. Good luck.

Agree with dad2seven. I finally went to a sports medicine doctor who had me do gentle calf muscle stretches three times a day. You can lean against a wall or anything really, do 30 seconds on each side three times each. It takes time but it does eventually help. In the meantime heel cups in your shoes will help. I haven't…
