Usually for my morning workouts I eat breakfast before. Its always small like cereal or some type of fruit. I always eat a good snack afterwords so I'm not starving by the time I get to work. For my evening workouts I always eat afterwords. Helps me to eat less.

I try to log everything but of course some things slip through the cracks. I agree with Kenazfefu ^^ because it is nice to see if I keep up with what I am doing already I could lose weight in five weeks!! Not important to complete it everyday. Use it more as a guideline to motivate you.
