Thanks everyone! I am going to try resisting the urges for a few weeks until the cravings subside and use fruits as a replacement. After a few weeks maybe I can start looking for a better alternative like dark chocolate and eat it in better moderation. Thank you all very much for your support and ideas!

Yes, yes, and yes. I think I'll have to have surgery, though, in order to have abs that show (and also for the arm flab). Years and years of weight gain, loss, gain, loss = skin elasticity gone. =-/ [/quote] Same here bud. lol i feel like id need surgery all over though!

Maybe your body has reached its limit and your at the weight you should be at for your body, and you gained weight because the working out has given you extra muscle. Dont sweat it! I'm sure you look great :)

I'm a medical assistant student, but I went to a four year college last year. I just tried things like a short ab workout and made sure I walked fast to all of my classes. Also, we had a free gym we could use so I would go there to burn off stress.
