To me vigorous cleaning involves doing outside chores, like pushing the lawn mower for 30 minutes, hand cleaning the gutters, hand scrubbing off your patio, not a vacuum through the living room that doesn't involve you not moving heavy furniture.

If your friends are really not that supportive...time to find some new friends. I once gave up eating healthier twice because of these kinds of "friends", always trying to get me to eat pizza and pasta and mocking when I go for a grilled chicken toss salad instead, or only having a small portion of something without "more"…

You can't lose weight or exercise that "spots" or "targets" one of those areas you need to lose weight.

No, don't eat them back. I would only eat a small 150-calorie snack after a workout if you feel extremely lightheaded, usually peanut butter on bread or a few cucumbers will help. Some weight articles on AskMen suggest that if you eat a meal to consume those calories, you end up risking eating MORE than you lost.

Looking to lose 45 lbs myself. Lost 30 lbs last time with MFP, going (mostly, but kept yoghurt) paleo, walking daily; and kept it off. Going hardcore paleo this time, but that's me, it worked and kept the weight off. (Because I maintain portional control since then. You can check my diary if you want.)
