Hello, cheekbones! Bye-bye, boobies! :ohwell:

No, I do not think you should put up with it. This is not normal behavior. I can't say I can relate, because I could never be with someone like that and therefore have not experienced it. I wish you the best and sincerely hope your boyfriend does get some help.

Good for you!! What a great start!!

That is great...congratulations on your breakthrough! I'm a HUGE Chinese food fan as well, and lately I've been experimenting with recipes at home. You may want to do a search for some traditional Chinese recipes on websites like Cooking Light.com so you can get your fix without the ton of calories and fat of restaurant…

I go over all the time and I really don't think it's bad. As long as your body is feeling good and you're not worn out, I say exercise as much as you can! I always work out for an hour in the morning, but sometimes I'll still have energy in the evening and I'll do another hour, play soccer, or take my dog on a nice long…

I love, love love it! I got it right after my son was born. He's 7 now. I had no side effects...normal cycle. I love the fact that I never have to worry about birth control and I don't have to take a pill every day. My experience has been 100% positive, but I know there are some who have not been as lucky.

Excellent start! Woo hoo!

I do something similar to Courtney...Orowheat Multi-Grain sandwich thins spread with 1 tbsp Brummel and Brown butter made from yogurt, one fried egg seasoned with pepper and Frank's hot sauce. 220 Calories, 22 Carb, 11 protein, 5 fiber. Very satisfying!

Feel free to add me too. I love hearing about everyone's successes and frustrations. Makes you feel like you're not alone.

That's so sweet. As a divorced mother with two young children it gives me hope that someday I will meet someone who will accept me and my kids and who they will accept and love too. Thanks for sharing =)

melrose, please don't beat yourself up any mroe than you are. True, you made an unwise decision, but berating yourself is not going to do any good. What's important is what you do to keep yourself from feeling the way you do now in the future. What I recommend to prevent this situation from happening again is to send a…

I've used them several times and I love them! (This from a girl who until recently was terrified of tofu!). I use them to make stir-fry and Hungry Girl low fat Pad Thai...soooo yummy! Haven't tried them with traditional spaghetti sauce, but they're fantastic for Asian dishes. I've gotten them from Whole Foods or at…

I just finished week one of p90x. I'm doing the lean version. I lost 3 pounds the first week (I've also been extremely dilligent about my food and beverage choices, though I'm not following the p90x diet). I am very happy so far. I have about 17 more pounds to lose. So far moving in the right direction =) Good luck to…
