I don't see the ads at all. I use FIrefox as my web browser and have added the AdBlock plugin? Not only do I not see ads, I'm browsing at a much faster rate. Hope this helps.

I'm on day 31 of P90 and really enjoying it. I've lost 12 lbs so far.
