Just go to the recipe section of your food diary and add all the ingredients. It will ask how many servings it is. Then you can add how ever many servings you eat to your diary. It does the math for you...Fabulous!

Pilates and yoga are great! Is there anytime they're consistently gone that your home? Eat somewhere in between your bmr and tdee. Maybe 1800 or 1900 and see how that goes.

I don't use anything but my boyfriend was using APE alpha performance enhancement. I kinda made him a maniac... I hated it but he got into shape really fast.

Omg. My mom had this diet when I was a kid (30 years ago)! I think it was for overweight patients that had to lose alot of weight before surgery.

You should definitely pick up a copy of the 'New Rues of lifting for Women". Lifting heavy made me lose inches but not weight. But I'm fine with that :)
