That shouldn't happen with a brand new monitor. Mine started doing this after a year or so. I replaced the batteries and got a new strap and every thing's copacetic. I'd return yours to the store or polarusa. I love my HRM. one of the best investments ever. If it works that is :p

Are you pregnant now? if so, I really wouldn't worry about burns too much. Just maybe log using my fitness pals calculations the first dvd aerobic and the second walking. Eat right and stay healthy and talk to your doctor too.

I go a little crazy once a week too. Not really a binge just a little cheating, I'd be at my goal if I didn't. I read your profile and you should seriously consider eating a lot more if you want to bench press your own weight and be a ufc champion.

You should really try to do them within the same workout session. Its a bit about muscle fatigue and you also need the recovery time. I bet you'll be fine just take it slow.

I live with a guy who's not so healthy. This is a great time to practice discipline and willpower. It will be tough, you're so young. You will have unhealthy foods around you forever. And sushi's not so bad... unless its gas station sushi :)

I don't like diet pills BUT I had a friend who had great success with Slimquick Cleanse (i think it was Cleanse).

I would talk to your doctor. There may be something else going on that preventing you from losing.

A lot of colleges have health and fitness programs that do hydrostatic weighing. Thats what I've been looking into. As for scales that give body fat... I agree, completely inaccurate.

I'm doing the New Rules of Lifting for Women (NROL4W as its referred to). Its all about lifting heavy. On days I lift I'm allotted 300 extra calories to fuel myself. There a lot of "after burn" to lifting. Meaning you still burn calories way after you're done.
