Do what you can. i could only do 3 girly pushups day one. Day 12 I could do 13. And take as many breaks as long as you want. Jillian will tell you not to break for more than 5 seconds but I'd sit and drink water for a few minutes. It's just a dvd she can't yell at you or slap you :)

I tried it for a different health problem but didn't lose any weight. It probably works like pickles and kills appetite. If you do try it get the vinegar with "mother" in it. I know, weird, right? Google it

I feel your pain! I'm losing at a snail's pace :( Keep your head up. Overtime you'll get into a healthy eating and exercise groove and the pound will start shedding. Maybe try a spike in your diet? Thats what I'm going to try :)

You should definitely take a class. They'll help with form. I LOVE Baron Baptiste Journey into power level 1. You can get it on ebay probably real cheap. I already feel better inside, my flexibility is greater, and my balance is improving. Good luck and enjoy!

I've been doing 30 DS and am on day 15 and have only lost 1 pound. It's very discouraging! I feel your pain. I think maybe I'm not doing enough cardio. If more cardio doesn't work, I'm going to stop eating my exercise calories. Stick with it. Its a tough series. It must be doing something beneficial.
