You don't need a diet, you need a lifestyle change with portion control, healthy eating habits and exercise. Easier said than done especially when you're in college but you can do it. You can add me if you'd like. We all have our struggles but we are all here for each other. Best of luck!

Just my opinion but I disagree. Counting my calories holds me accountable for what I take in. It's easy to have a bite of that, a piece of this, a little more. For me I'm an overeater. I like classes here and there as they can really kick things up from the norm with lifting weights and doing cardio on a machine at the gym. The nice thing is that a lot of places offer drops ins now so that you can just drop in for a class and pay a small fee with no commitment. Some even do a free class to try it out.…

Couldn't move, couldn't breathe, couldn't stand looking at myself or feeling so bad all the time. I wore yoga pants all the time but then went to put on a pair of my fat jeans (size 22) and couldn't get them over my thighs..... OMG panic stricken but sucked it up and got to work.

I like to put a couple of egg whites in my oatmeal before I good it for extra protein. I try to stay away from as much processed stuff as I can, but I agree with the protein shakes - love em.... i just like food too!
