Hey all, a little late to the party here but joining anyway! I have 40 lbs to lose. I'm currently at my heaviest weight, 178. Started MFP again, this week and incorporating more movement into my workday. I purchased a walking pad for under my desk and I've been enjoying it!

Ohh great idea ladies, thank you! I have spring mix that is just about to turn, ate salad for lunch today and will have it for dinner too. IF some left i will make a smoothie (will a blender do the trick?)

I did cardio for the second time yesterday and i totally noticed a difference in what i could accomplish. cool feeling!! Getting stronger everyday!

I feel like i'm struggling a little with the veggies. I tend to overby then not use everything in time and i have to throw stuff away, I HATE THROWING AWAY FOOD. It's just not right :-( I wish fruit and veggies would last more than a few days so i can have it on hand longer and also not have to shop every three days. grrrr

pickle juice in quinoa sounds pretty good. Ive done it with pineapple juice before too and then added pineapple chucks and raisins, mmm so yummy!

I have the 10 min ab fix, haven't done it yet but not the barre legs. I will try and find something simalar on youtube. Thanks @jennimben for the tip! And i must say i really LOVE these workouts!! I love the way autumn does the rounds in alot of them. The 30 min really does seem to fly by! I'm a fan of Jillian Michaels too…
