  • Hi Ladies, I finished workout B for the first time. I really enjoyed it ...much more than A. I had a really hard time with the front squat push press in A. The bar ( 45lbs. ) is so long, it was awkward to push up and keep my balance. And I'm not a small person, so I can only imagine someone shorter than me pushing it up…
