I just started using the dvds and they are amazing!! You will definitely lose weight and tone up doing these. It's so much fun and once I get a little better at knowing the moves I want to take a class, it seems like it would be great fun!

Unless you need the accountability of going to meetings, I would say don't waste your money and stick with MFP. I did WW for years, but online only because I don't live near a center. For the coconut milk creamers try the natural/organic section of your supermarket. I get mine at Wegman's - they keep it in the organic dairy case, not with the rest of the coffee creamers. I think I've also seen it at Whole Foods.
