So they say to not eat within 2 - 3 hours of bedtime. Not sure if there's good science behind this theory, but it doesn't sound unreasonable.
  • I don't remember the exact prices, but these are some common items my family buys. I try to eat low-cal and we are definitely on a budget :) - Chicken thighs! Much cheaper, and actually tastier than chicken breast. Thighs are really versatile and flavorful. Plus, I find the smaller thigh portions easier to keep track of…
  • Fat is important from proper body health, and it can be more filling than carbs and sugars. What about eating fish? Or coconut oil? Or google "fat bomb recipes", sweet treats made with tons of fats.
  • Anyone on a Keto diet will tell you to use NuSalt. Its a table salt substitute that uses two kinds of potassium in place of sodium. It has 560 mg per 1/6 tsp (about the same as a banana), a couple shakes on your dinner and you'll get a big portion of potassium. You can't always find it in stores so check online.
