Hi! I'm currently transitioning to Vegan. I'm on Day 15 of slowly making changes. Health/nutrition is what sparked my interest. I'm currently reading How Not to Die. In the short amount of time I have lost some weight, noticing my body begin to function properly and feeling much better. Looking for tips and recipes!

I have had both. Shakeology is great, but the price is crazy. I am currently using Vega Sport Accelerator after I run and Vega Protein and Greens, Chocolate for my breakfast along with a banana. I love Vega.
