I'm totally discouraged. I went to the gym on Monday and spontaneously decided to get in 30 minutes strength training with a trainer. My left calve muscle hurts so bad that I'm still limping today. No gym or evening walks for me this week. :(

Full time working mom of 2 beautiful girls. I've never heard of the bodyspace before. Right now I'm just using the treadmill at the gym. Can someone tell me more about it?
