On average, mine is between 3500 and 4000 calories per week, but I have an HRM to calculate my exact output. I find that this site's estimates are a bit low. Gotta agree with the HRM. I have a Timex if you want to stay cheap and just check your heart rate and your calories burned. It's a lot more accurate than the formulas here (though I still use them for things like walking and such).

I use the Timix T5 G971 watch. All you have to do is put in your body weight and it'll calculate the amount of calories you burn based on your heart rate. I agree with the others. I got a heart rate monitor watch a few weeks ago (I think the Timex is about $38 on Amazon right now), and there is literally a 300 calorie difference between what this website says and what my HRM says. Plus it'll help you stay in your optimal zone so that you get the best out of your workout.
