yall! How do I do this?
So I am loving my kettlebells and I've been using them with excellent success. I just increased to a 10 pounder today. But I struggle to figure out how to log it AND figure out the calories burned because its definitely kicking my you-know-what.:noway:  Any ideas?? Thanks!

Use a Heart Rate Monitor to record your calories. Polar makes some nice ones.0

Gotta agree with the HRM. I have a Timex if you want to stay cheap and just check your heart rate and your calories burned. It's a lot more accurate than the formulas here (though I still use them for things like walking and such).0
