Overwrought much? He clearly said he's using that as an example to simplify his question.

What you did is no less than amazing! Obviously you have made huge changes/improvements in your life and it paid off. There will always be a "yeeeaaah, I kick butt" days and there will be "oh to hell with it" days, as you and all of us already know. But you keep going, and with that comes building of the character, forming…

Yes, the macros are proteins/fats/carbs, but someone pays more attention to them, and someone just focuses on the calories in general. Beginnings are tough, but it does get easier with time when you learn to listen to your body's needs. If you fall, just get right back up and continue, and be patient! And I would strongly…

When it comes to cravings, I'm pretty sure at least a few of the answers will be "if it fits your macros, eat it". I would be inclined to answer the same way. If I have a craving, I go for it. Not in the way I used to, but if I can have some ice-cream and a reasonable amount of chocolate - why not? It's not like you are…

We all know why. So does the OP. (if you read her post, she says she is upping up her calories and knows it has gone because she ate too little). What's your point? Should we have a discussion about it on this thread? No we don't. OP asked for advice, it was given to her. ETA: forgot about pregnancy though. But according…
-
No, we are not. Links about eating disorders have been given to her, good advice about seeking professional help (seeing a doctor) and slowly upping up the OP's calories, and equally important, empathy and understanding. Unless there's something else you think it was missed.
-
My thoughts exactly.
-
That it, in fact, the only possible answer :flowerforyou: OP, some additional info from you would be much appreciated. What are your goals and stats, for start.

I am not my cat :grumble: And you can't have her

@BzNova - gorgeous hair and face you have!

Um....play?! :)

YES! No matter how much protein/fat I consume, if I don't eat a significant amount of carbs with it, I am literally going to feel like I am starving in a matter of half an hour. Heck, sometimes I feel hungry WHILE I am eating my chicken and veggies, and don't get full even after consuming a reasonable amount of it.
