What is a "peal"?

Conan the Barbarian The Last of the Mohicans Legends of the Fall Goonies Batman (the first one, original with Michael Keaton) Labyrinth (1986) Forgot: Dances with Wolves

None of you watched Baywatch huh? Neither have I, but this is not Baywatch. It's Kate Upton. And OP is not trolling, she's just very confused.

I am 33, female. Started going gray at 14, now I am approximately 40% gray. Thank goodness for hair color :ohwell:
-
Damn it, now I have to go get me some pizza, chocolate, brownies, ice cream, bacon and beer.

Heres a list of simple things you can add that should help you get to your goal. http://greatist.com/health/high-protein-snacks-portable This isnt all inclusive, I am not saying you need to eat these things. This is to give you an idea of what kinds of things to have to increase not only protein but carbs n fats as well…

This is an awesome idea!

You've lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks? Wow...great job, bravo!

There is no such thing as being too old for doing something for yourself, whatever that something is! (especially education)! I got my first bachelors at 23, got back to school at 29 and got my second bachelors, and now I am a year away of getting my masters degree. And I am 33.

Aaaand I just saw you are a guy. So kindly disregard that menopause thing and start lifting :)
-
Weight lifting has so much benefits I don't know even there to start from. But yes, it has little to do with weight loss, as all exercising essentially does. Weight loss occurs when you/we spend more calories than we put in, and it does not matter whether you've spent those calories by exercising or you're just consuming…

Dude, you are under-eating, can't you see that? There are women on MFP who eat around 2000 kcal, lift heavy and look ridiculously lean, fit and awesome. Men eat even more and still lose. Do some research on the forums, there's plenty of info there.

Im 5'2. I was JUST in a library and had to ask for help in reaching a book on the top shelf (it was not super high, someone an inch-two taller could have gotten it no problem). Other than that, I like being small
-
I read it. I know what you mean. And again - no. The body does not work that way.
-
Oh it does? Congratulations. You are the first person in the history of mankind that has had that happened to him.
-
No. Her body, or anyone elses for that matter, will not THINK anything. We gain weight if/when we eat above our maintenance. If she sticks to that, she will be just fine. Learn more and then preach.
-
Good luck to you and your family!
-
Thank you for this, I knew about the difference in size/volume of fat and muscle but never actually seen a picture. Very enlightening!
-
Wow, congratulations!
-
You, I like you!

If it is your "milionth time" on MFP, then you have probably read the abundance of threads with the exact same question. Give it time - you haven't gained in a week, you are not going to lose in a week.
-
Yeah me too!

It's like I wrote this :) Only I am 67kg. I also eat 1,300 but use the TDEE method right now and don't eat my calories back. With the amount of exercise you are doing, according to a calculator I used, you could be eating 1700 no problem, so, in short - yes, you can eat your calories back and you will lose, slow and steady.

I know what you mean, but for example, I lost only one kilo (yes, 1kg!) so far, and it's been more than a month, but my body has changed noticeably - and I mean I'm smaller all around. It's frustrating, I know, but weight (or the scale) is not the only indicator of weight loss.
-
I think number one advice people here will give you is to weigh your food on a scale, not to use cups as a measuring tool.
