Hmmm.... Well my mom and sister are counting PP together and have lost over 10pounds within a month just changing the portion, is what it looks like to me. My question is why would you loose on the old WW point system and then gain from the 'new' pp?? Q-for those of you that posted you gained... Thanks:)

Well, although tuna is one of my favorite, I recently switched to mayo with 'olive oil' and its 40 calories a tablespoon. So I usually do a 12oz can of tuna 1-2 tbls of mayo (with olive oil) minced onion and maybe some pickle juice to make it a little less dry.... & pepper!

I'm in!! Last weigh in was awhile ago, since my scale died on me! Lol. I was at 235..... My bday is 12/28 so even more motivation at that!!! What do we do!!?? lol. Whatever it is , I'm in!

I wish I knew. I wake up about 5 6x, 1-2x which I will get up to eat/go to the bathroom.. then go back to bed. I take something for sleep, well it's an Anxiety med that doesn't do anything, but make you tired.(I think it's called Alprazolam .5 ) I fall asleep very fast on it which has always been hard for me, but I still…
