Hi! I am Elizabeth and live in British Columbia and 44 yrs. old with 2 kids, ages 9 and 10. Looking so forward to this group and the support. No particular diet, but cutting way back on sugar, which is my biggest addiction, once I start.....there's no stopping. I have this all or nothing mentality when it comes to food.
