If there's a whole foods near you, we buy nooodles.. they're no calorie noodles that are refridgereated. They smell and have absolutly no taste by themselves, but are fantastic in dishes, especially stir frys and pasta dishes, like spaghetti. I love them!

:wink: I usually have 1/2 c peanut butter cheerios and 1/2 c chocolate cheerios with 1/2 c 1% lactose free milk.. so delicious, I look forward to it everyday! (I only let myself have it on days I work out in some way, so that it motivates me to actually get my butt going).

AMEN!!!!!!! I am so grateful for this site, mainly because it's free! I don't know if I would have even begun my weight loss/healthier life if I had had to fork over money every month. :)

I feel like 30 day shred helped me to get into the habit of being active and working out. I definitly think it helped me tone up, and I'm sure it played into some weight loss. I probably wasn't as strict as I could have been with it (i.e taking off weekends) but it was helpful. The problem is.. I hate doing it now because…

Even though I am not an expert in any way, shape, or form, I can tell you that eating calories just to eat is not a good habit to form/continue. I know that when I eat back exercise calories, I try to eat back at least 1/2 of what I burned as protein... I basically try to get the most nutrients i can.. I almost never eat…

For me, part of it is pausing to judge why I'm eating. If it's dinner, like tonight, then yes, definitly. If it's eating after a workout, then yes! Welcome to MFP! I don't pay that much attention to the sugar count on MFP because it doesn't seperate out naturally occuring sugars in fruits and vegetables, which I try to eat a ton of. I keep a written log of any processes/non produce sugars I consume. :)
