I love discovering new recipes and figuring out ways to make yummy meals that are a lot healthier than what I used to do.

My favorite way to cook chicken is to mariante it in some balsamic vineagar and a bit of evoo.. maybe some salt-free seasonings (Hello, Mrs. Dash), then to grill it. Soooo addictively delicious!

I know MFP just reduced my calories because I had lost weight.. I think it told me (yelled at me in red is more like it) when I logged on one morning. I think what helps with the feeling empty problem is fiber, which is in many items that also include carbs (such as breads etc), but apples are also high in fiber. Definitly natural looking is preferred over over-worked muscles. Of course, some men may naturally have more muscle definition, but if that's naturally healthy for you, then go for it! I agree with the statement that if you look like you spend more time working out than living life, then no thanks!

For me, Greek yogurt tastes better and has a more palatable texture than regular yogurt. I have a hard time with regular yogurt, but I LOVE the tang of greek yogurt!

Uncle Ben's also makes microwaveable rice packets in many different varieties. Any frozen or refridgerated meals. I know weight watchers has made refridgerated meals (instead of frozen ones). You can always make sure you bring home leftovers if you go out to eat, then you get another meal all ready for you!

Muscle also weighs more than fat, so if you're exercising now when you weren't exercising before, you may have lost fat, but gained muscle mass, so the scale hasn't balanced itself yet. Like what everyone else has said, just keep doing what you're doing now and it will work out.
