Kate, Have you just started working out...maybe you need to talk to a trainer at the gym. I know I have a knee that can sometimes act up, so I am always very careful. I use a brace in Zumba.

I think after a while it will get easier. Most people i think end up eating the same foods over time and once you add to the diary you can just go back and find it for the next time.
