You need to be eating a lot more than you do now, you are feeding for 2! Meaning your baby is going to take most of your nutrients! Thank you! That sounds a really good idea. I wont eat anything else today and for the rest of the week ill avoid all junk food and eat healthy :) im going on holiday on monday and recently lost 1 stone 2lbs and it felt great! I really dont want to put that weight back on! xx
