I would cut out dairy milk, I personally drink soy or almond milk, or coconut on occasion. Since cutting dairy milk out a while back, I feel tons better. I've been automatically set at 1200 calories. Once I get into an exercise routine I will most likely be increasing this by a couple hundred.

I'd love to join! 10lbs is a perfectly healthy weight to lose for many. It is advised you don't exceed 2-3lbs per week, which works out as an average of 10lbs per month, totally reasonable!
