To gain back the 80 pounds in two weeks you would need to eat 20,000 calories a day. ;) I don't think that eating a giant cookie and a bunch of other yummy junk is going to undo your progress. Drink a lot of water to stay full, try to be active/moving around a lot, and don't eat if you're full, unless it's ice cream. <3…

I use clothes as the "real" test of how well I'm progressing. I have one certain dress that I am trying to fit into. When it looks great on me, that's the body I want to keep. I don't care if I weigh 160 or 135, if that dress fits, that's when I stop. (and continue for maintenance!) :)

You don't have to obsess about it to keep the weight off. Just calculate your TDEE for maintaining your current weight, and try not to eat many more calories than that number too often.

Look for general trends, over time. Like start taking weekly averages. It is absolutely normal to gain/lose +/- 5 pounds during day-to-day life. Panicking about half a pound is no good.

I buy myself cookware! Like cast iron skillets, a cake platter (I try not to eat the cakes I bake), mason jars, whatever items I've been wanting. Also - sexy clothes! :)

I'm 5'6" and have been a size 12 "all my life" In high school, I weighed 150-160. Last year I got up to 190, and could BARELY squeeze into a 12 (especially pants). Right now I'm 180, and a size 12 is a bit too small, but a 14 is too big.

55 goldfish = ~1/2 cup is 140 calories. Popcorn. Cosmos Creations. Blueberries, strawberries, etc.

lol :) I go out of my way to make sure I eat chicken thighs. The extra fat helps me feel full and sated, so I'm less likely to over eat!

That's when I turn to my good friend, dark chocolate. I will eat, slowly, piece by piece, 1/5 or 1/6 of a bar (Endangered Species, Chocolove, or brands like that). It satisfies my sweet tooth, and feels indulgent and isn't *too* calorically insane. Dark chocolate is also good for you.

Many people haven't learned to differentiate between being thirsty and hungry. When they are really actually just thirsty, they have learned to think they are hungry. That is why it is helpful to first drink some water, because A LOT of the time for a LOT of people, they were just thirsty.

Make strawberry syrup to freeze in ice cubes for a summer soda. Not low calorie but definitely a treat! Freeze them for smoothies in the winter! Or just eat as many as you can now because that's what June is for.
