I was a 38C for as long as I can remember.....when I started losing weight I was 172lb....got down to 120lb and now I'm a 34B...they are definitely smaller but still nicely shaped as long as I don't bend over with no bra on....if I do, they start to resemble a couple of half full icing bags....not attractive...sighhh

I don't have anything before.....drink water during and my protein shake with almond milk and banana afterwards, after I'm showered and dressed for work around 7am and that's breakfast....nothing more until about 10am when I have a protein bar...
