Just started on Monday as well. Yes Burpees are not my friend! Made it through though.

Day 2 Level 3 done, my scale isn't bugging much. Only down 3 lbs. keep on working though! Building up the muscle.

Day 5 Level 2 done. Taking tonight off and back at it tomorrow. Gosh, I am exhaused after this level. I have noticed that I am able to keep up but struggle with the full pushups. I only go half way. Keep up the great work everyone, readying the thread is motivating!
