Thank you all! This site has been a definite motivator. I also love to see everyone's before and after pictures and read their success stories!

Here's mine...hope it shows. Started off at 324 and currently at 205. This has been since April 2013 so it didn't just fly off....took a bit of time. I wear my fit bit flex every day and I log into My Fitness Pal...everyday so I can continue to keep track of what I'm eating...that seems to help ;)

WOW...great job on the story and the pics....you're right about the lifestyle change and not diet. Thanks so for sharing....truly an inspiration to the rest of us out here taking it day by day ;) You and your husband look fantastic ;)
