I have been thinking about trying it with my girlfriend. (MOreso making us do it) She constantly wakes up feeling exhausted, half the time after she eats she feels not well, she works a pretty physical labor intensive job so I get the being tired after coming home from work. Will WHOLE30 help with this?

McDonalds 3 times a week, Candy bars and Tastykakes/Entemanns at work for lunch, I only ate 1 large meal a day, and drank Monsters , Gatorade, soda or Turkey Hill tea all the time. I got up to 200 lbs. Which is crazy because I walk around at work doing some moderately physical labor and walk the dog twice a day for 15-20…
