I'm on my way to have vgs. In fact I found out today that i'm have my endoscopy done friday. That's the last pretest I have.

Hi My name is Angie and I haven't had surgery yet. I am waiting for my endoscopy and then a surgery date. So far I have been on a High protein Low carb diet. I have lost a total of 17 lbs from my highest weight. Will add more later.

I use them as a meal replacement... Usually I mix 1 scoop with 8 oz of Fat Free Skim Milk. You can also mix it with 8 oz of Water. I try and do 2 aday.

My pic is me now, I have just started my protein diet, to prepare me for surgery. As I lose weight I will post new pics..:smile:

Well you made a good choice with this site. It will help you alot.. I'm a 48 year grandmother of 7... Keeping track of what you eat, how much exercise you do a day, your water intake is very important. Good luck on your journey to a new and better you.
