I don't know how to deal with those days other than going to bed early. I can't eat when I'm unconscious! If that hunger type is going on day after day long term, you might want to check if your calories are in a good range/not too low. If you discover the secret to combat those high hunger days, let me know!

Sorry for the weird quoting, I'm not tech savvy enough to edit those long quotes successfully.

You'll get it! Wishing you determination and persistence.

Posted a gain this week, sorry team. Let's just say my wedding anniversary did NOT include a Lean Cuisine for dinner. :(

I'm a little anxious about my weigh-in, too. Just remember the bigger picture, if tomorrow doesn't work out to your expectations, you can look forward to week 3 to improve. Best wishes!

Congratulations @Shalynlink on your big first place finish! Way to go @Sherriediva1 and @bex800 for placing in the top 3 on our team! Amazing job to everyone on our team - First Place for Team Gutbusters. B)

Holy cow Team Gutbusters! We're in the lead! Way to go everyone, how cool is that? Looks like we're waiting on one more team before official results get posted, but we're either in first or second, woo hoo! Let's have another great week. :)

Fantastic work, you're an amazing inspiration!

Speaking from my own perspective, I just want to say I hope everyone continues to weigh-in no matter what. Of course we're all trying to lose weight, but if you maintain or gain, weigh-in anyway! It would be fantastic to see every member of our group stay in this challenge until the end, no matter what place/rank our team…

That's awesome, well done!

One pound is great!

@Shalynlink - Fantastic workouts! I've never heard of SkinnyPop, but I've heard so many people mention it lately. I'm going to have to see if any stores carry it here. Our weigh-ins are looking great, super work everyone! Team Gutbusters for the win!

What a great inspiration board @Serendipity0913 ! Thank you so much for hosting this challenge, you're well organized and on top of everything so quickly. I think I should take efficiency lessons from you. :D

@Sherriediva1 - Sounds like you made some great choices on your night out, well done! I agree that it's important to look at other measures of success. I have great scale weeks and then other weeks I swear the scale defies the laws of science. Weight can be so strange! I don't take measurements, but I have a pair of pants…

I love this thread, good work ladies!

Air popped popcorn, 50 calorie cheese sticks, carrots, pickles, or a cup of broth are my go-to snacks.

Those sound like fun ways to be active! With my FitBit, it's neat to see how every little bit adds up. It keeps me motivated to move (most of the time :# ).

Happy to hear you found something you like! I've thought about trying the 5:2 diet, but haven't given it a go yet.

New day, new month Gutbusters! I hope your month is starting off great. I did a bulk cook with chicken, rice, and broccoli this morning. The yield was 10 meals ready for the freezer at 382 calories per meal. It's nice to have meals ready that I pre-weighed and measured. Is everyone in our group calorie counting or do you…

The English language is full of bizarre and paradoxical pronunciations. This is a weight loss, fitness, and health platform where the word "lose" shows up often. lose > rhymes with > booze, snooze, cruise loose > rhymes with > moose, goose "Lose" is a terrible word! The pronunciation isn't intuitive. Contrast "lose vs.…

Went to the mall today and DID NOT buy an Orange Julius nor any food. It's the little victories!

You'll be at your mini goal in no time! Hopefully this challenge helps, glad to have you on our team. I go through times where I weigh almost every day. It's crazy how much my weight can fluctuate! Sometimes for good reason (too much salt/hormones), but sometimes there is no explanation. My graph looks like an EKG readout!…
