A fitbit will keep you accountable. The iPhone tracking is only with iPhone 5 up and is vastly more expensive if you do not have one. This little item goes everywhere I go. I cannot emphasise to you how much a benefit this device has been in telling me what I have achieved. Go for it and good luck!
