  • I had the same problem when I started working out. I think its just not used to be on it so much and so active like that. It went away after few weeks.. I would suggest using running shoes for workouts- it helped my feet get used to the activities.
  • When I saw this question.. I was curious so i went on google... I found that if you are less active and eating more.. it would cancel out the calories that are burned from menstruating.. But if you are just as active as you are all the time now, you actually will burn about 200-300 calories more.. but it depends how much…
