Grilled Lime Chicken 2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 cloves of garlic, chopped 1/4 c soy sauce juice of 1 lime 2 T freshly grated ginger root 3/4 c oil black pepper to taste Mix all ingrediants to make marinade. Marinate chicken for 30 min- 1 hour. Grill basting with marinade.

Same here... I have two drinks a week. One mid week, and the other on the weekend. I just make sure I work it into my calories.

I have always heard that any card LESS than 30 minutes is moot. You have to workout more than 30 min to blast fat stores.
