Lots of water, if I'm craving something salty I usually will eat a pickle, if it's sweet I will have a Ghiradelli 72% cocoa square. I have found if I really am craving something and drinking water doesn't work that if I do one of the others then I am good. If I ignore it too long then I wind up eating a ton of junk!

YesI read the whole thing! I am also 100 pounds over my ideal weight, I have lost 29 pounds so far and am feeling better every day. You can do it, one day at a time is what it takes! You can send me a friend request if you like and we can kick each others butts!

Started at just about the same a couple of months ago (weight and clothes sizes), down 29 pounds so far...thanks for the inspiration. You look great!:happy:

I use to go several years ago with some friends. Lost and kept off 30 pounds for a long time. Loved it, only women, workout changes every minute or so. The weighing and measuring was nice since you got reports. There isn't one where I moved or I would still go..Loved it.:flowerforyou:

I love frozen bananas! My mom always had them when we were kids and I have continued the tradition. Peel and wrap them first (in foil or plastic wrap) then freeze them. That way the unappealing black peel is not an issue! We also do frozen oranges, feels like a treat and are especially good in the summer, always have them…

I need to lose over 100 pounds as well, that is my main goal and then I will see where I need to go from there. I'm doing this one day at a time and I know I will get there. Now is the time and I am going to do it!
