Everyone is doing so good! I am not quite ready to go to Level 3, maybe I will do 2 once more today and give level 3 a shot tomorrow. I am about a week behind...life has been crazy!

I did day 2 level 2 today, it was better than Saturday. I feel alot better today!

I did day one of level 2 on Sunday, also like the change. Some of it was pretty sad, but I did it and I know that's the point. I will do it again when I wake up before going to work! Good luck everybody! Happy Shredding!

I had to skip a couple of days, but I'm back to it. I think I will start level 2 tomorrow. Just finished level one a few minutes ago. Now off to shower and get ready to head to work!

You can do it, I am on day 7 and am 270 pounds. It's tough but not undoable!

Finished day 4. Feel pretty good, did better on the cardio!

All right , I finished day 3! It was definately better. I did drink some protein after today (my son has it for after workouts...) Ready to head back to work, I will check back with you all tomorrow!

I finished day 2 of level 1...and I didn't die! I think it was better than yesterday, I was able to do more of the cardio!

Getting ready to do day 2 before I go to work...I will post later about how I did. I am not as sore today as I expected to be. I did 50 mins of elliptical last night and it felt pretty good-actually was a good "stretch" so I wasn't so stiff. Took a couple of Advils before going to bed. I think the test will be work…

I started at a similiar weight as you. I do eat most of my calories back but I am not a fanatic about it. Doing it this way I have lost 18 pounds in the past 6 weeks. Fortunately for me I have enough sizes at home that I won't need jeans for a while...but I may need to buy some work slacks...I think I can only go down one more size for those! Then I will shop!
