I'm just curious what people are adding it to their excercises as??
I put it as 20 minutes of low intensity aerobics...I didn't want to include the warm up and cool down...and seeing as high impact aerobics would be a lot more jumping around and such...oh and weight training is like zerop calories, lol
What do you think???

On the forums I believe someone said to count it as 23 minutes of circuit training.0

I usually put it as 20 mins of circuit training because at the end its supposed to be close to 20 mins of work out and 10 mins of warm up/cool down0
-
I also entered it as circuit training.0

I checked other groups and it sound circuit training wins thanks!0

I use a heart rate monitor, and just add it in the app as 30 Day Shred.0

I think I better use circuit training. I think my HRM is not accurate, telling me I burned 450 calories in 27 minutes.0
-
that does sound like a lot for 20min0

More info!!
I did some digging on the forums, and found this:
"I found this formula on the Jillian Michaels site, it might help. 30 day shred calorie burn - 3.267 calories burnt per pound every hour. Multiply by weight to get how many calories per hour you would burn and divide by 3 to get each 20 minute work out A HRM is also a good tool."

I suddenly felt guilty calling it 30 mins of circuit so I'm now calling it 20 mins; brutal honesty from now on!0
