Welcome back again! A boomerang here myself! Gyms and pools being closed does suck. Might I suggest discovering a new love? I know it helps to pivot and adapt to something new you might enjoy, or haven't tried yet? Anyway, remember to just keep logging, and reach out for help when you need it! You got my support!

Welcome! This is an amazing community that provides a ton of support. You are starting off right by looking at posts and seeing what's out there! Cutting out a majority of my alcohol consumption has helped me a ton too! It is amazing how it snowballs into munchies and hangover pizza the next day. Something's that may help…

I want to take control back of my body. I realize now that I have a no-portion mindset/food addiction, but when I can see the numbers of what I consume, it keeps me on track. MPF worked for me 10 years ago, and it can work for me again now. I hate to think like this but recovering addicts have support groups and keep count…

Surrounding myself with positive people who will support your journey, share exercises and recepies, and motivates me to keep going. You should too! It's a good community here, but you get out what you out in. It's hard to do things by yourself, or expect will lower to keep you going. Build a great support system and it's…

Plus the more muscle you tear when working out (esp going at a faster pace) the more will build, and the more calories you will burn when you're resting/sleeping. Instead of speed, or even in conjunction with speed, play with inclines too! It will be worth it!

As long as the amount of times you start trying again out numbers the amount of times you have given up. In the words of John Cena: " Never give up". You got this!

Make it easy on yourself and do the elliptical or bike on the "random hill" setting. This will give you resistance intervals. I always do it on the treadmill/elliptical/bike (if I have to work out inside. Also, on the elliptical, change it up every 2 min or so from arms on legs on/ only legs (arms off the polls - no…
