Hello!! Checking in-- ***Team MILF*** SW - 214 lbs. Week 1 -212 lbs. Week 2 -212lbs. Week 3 - XXX lbs. Week 4 - XXX lbs. TOTAL LOST - 2 lbs. I didn't lose anything this week but I did lose about 4 inches!!!! I will be going at it hard this week!!!

Well my shredders :( I did not do the workout yesterday. I hurt so bad that I could barely squat without crying out :( I am so out of shape...I know I didn't do it yesterday, but I will be doing it tonight. I feel like I cheated/let you guys down and I am sorry for that. Just couldn't do it.

Great job everyone! It seems everyone has the same pains...lol Day 1 complete...like everyone else, my arms hurt!! I agree with everyone here! Def. share it so that way you don't eat so much of it and you still get a taste :) There is nothing wrong with a taste in my opinion!!
